Service better than fit March 18, 2010

The color was perfect. My husband has this exact sweater in his closet in a different color so we were confident about the size. Unfortunately the sweater that arrived (tagged with the same exact size) was no where near the same as the one he had. I don't know if this was a "second" or what but it had to be returned. Getting authorization was easy and they apologized but I have not seen the credit to my credit card yet.
I may try the company again but not this product.
